Your monthly gift supports one-of-a-kind mentorship opportunities, ensuring fair access to after-school and summer programs designed by and for LGBTQ+ youth for their community here in Los Angeles County. As a Dream Builder, you’re encouraging fundamental learning experiences with trusted mentors in sports, business leadership and innovation, creative storytelling, and so much more. Dream Builders fund things like:

At Rainbow Labs, we believe the best way to build up future leaders is to create supportive, inclusive environments where LGBTQ+ youth feel safe to explore their identities, connect with peers, and gain the confidence to lead. By giving them the tools and opportunities to grow, we help them become the leaders they are meant to be.
We’re already making a measurable difference: 100 mentors have already invested 750+ hours to help more than 500 LGBTQ+ youth.
