As a Program Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to empower LGBTQ+ youth through fun, dynamic, and transformative programs. You'll lead workshops, plan exciting field trips, spark advocacy efforts, and bring fresh ideas to life—all while championing our core values of Discovery, Awareness, Boldness, Curiosity, Accountability, and Inclusivity. Through both hands-on activities and youth-led advocacy initiatives, you'll help amplify young voices and drive meaningful change.
